I have experience working with these types of units. The brand that I would recommend is EEMAX. The house I did was an upside down, beach house, new construction. 6 bathrooms and outside shower with 2 kitchen sinks, I was skeptical at first, however, these units did exactly what they were designed to do. There is one unit per floor. Each heater had 3 elements. Each unit was on it’s own 30 amp breaker. I was very impressed.
